Cece Vasquez is a professional character artist, graphic designer, and painter. With a studio art background and experience working & displaying in the art galleries and museums of San Francisco, she captures exceptional visual stories about diverse and accessible art and characters.
Cece started her art career at Redlands High School. She moved to San Francisco to pursue a BA in studio art and try a variety of artforms. After graduating from San Francisco State University, Cece interned at a small grassroots gallery on Valencia, Incline Gallery. From there, she began to live off of her art and experience by teaching with Paint the Town, a paint-and-sip style event service.
Currently, Cece lives in the East Bay and works at The Asian Art Museum, home to one of the world’s finest collections of Asian art, boasting more than 18,000 awe-inspiring artworks ranging from ancient jades and ceramics to contemporary video installations.

In addition to her commercial work, Cece is also currently writing a choose-your-own-adventure style game. She has future plans to write and publish a comic series.
